The debate on whey or fast milk proteins vs. the slow digesting milk protein casein still exist likely due to years of conflicting data on the long term efficacy of either – both appear to have benefits. Today’s research study compared milk protein isolate to casein protein on reistance training gains over a 10 week training program and the reporting o the results leads to the applications half of the episode being about industry bias in supplementation studies.
