414: Baking Soda – Supplement for Gains?

Sodium bicarbonate, or baking soda, has had a good amount of research behind it for sometime, but I can’t say I know many or any resistance training athletes using it. Although I personally do not use it, I want to keep raising awareness about studies on it.
