So many high level athletes, bodybuilders, and powerlifters experience pain in the front of the knee at some point during their training life. Today’s research study examined possible taping techniques to alleviate some of this pain and leads to further discussion on safely achieving optimal range of motion, movement patterns, and injury prevention though paying attention to various details on all of the above.
